Rosemary and Chilli Potatoes

Potatoes will never be boring again with this deliciously spiced Rosemary and Crushed Chillies combination.


Serves 6

Preparation Time: 15 mins

Cooking Time: 90 mins


 2 potatoes
1 egg
1 tsp Robertsons rosemary
1 tsp Robertsons crushed chillies
1 tblsp olive oil


  1. Peel and grate 2 potatoes. Squeeze the excess water out

  2. Mix 1 egg, 1 teaspoon rosemary and 1 teaspoon crushed chillies through the grated potato

  3. Shape the potato mixture into small patties. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and fry until golden brown on both sides
