1. Explain What is Happening
Moving can be overwhelming for young children, so it is important to be transparent and explain what is happening in advance. It can be beneficial to take the time to sit down with your child and explain why you will be leaving your home and talking to them about where you are headed. Talk to them about the new house you are moving to, and speak with them about exciting opportunities in your new region so that they have something to get excited about.
2. Pack Their Belongings Last
