This unique peg bench is made using PAR pine to create a wonderful outdoor seating area that is definitely going to be a conversation piece. The peg bench shown here is finished with a dark grey stain and is protected by exterior sealer. All the materials for this project can be bought at your nearest Builders Warehouse or Builders. store.

GOOD TO KNOW: Make it more affordable by using untreated pine boards that come in a variety of thicknesses and lengths. These boards are a bit rougher than PAR pine, but with some sanding they are just as good and far cheaper to buy.
