Drawer Dividers with Yoghurt Cups

Use yoghurt cups to make drawer dividers, craft and hobby storage containers, makeup or jewellery organisers.

All you need to make your own handy drawer organisers is a tray of yoghurt cups, a glue gun and a can of Rust-Oleum 2X spray paint and then you can make nifty organisers for storage. Using yoghurt cups is an ideal way to recycle plastic waste and put it to good use and a fantastic way to organise your drawers.

1. To make these drawer dividers or organisers you will need a tray of yoghurt cups, cleaned and dried. If you purchase a single-flavour tray, pour this into an airtight container and pop into the fridge.

2. If you buy assorted flavours in a tray of 6 or more, break these off the tray one at a time. You can use a hot glue gun to apply a bead of glue to the underside to join individual cups together.

3. Being able to join cups together means that you can make a drawer divider or organiser with as many cups as you need. The joined cups should ideally be placed in a container that will hold them together.

4. Spray the cups with Rust-Oleum 2X spray paint in your choice of colour. You will need to apply a couple of light, even coats and allow each coat to dry before spraying on the next coat.
