Heart Shaped Placemats

These heart shaped Valentine table mats are a subtle way to incorporate the theme into a special celebration. You can make them using pleather, vinyl or leather and you can even make them in a different shape for other occasions.
YOU WILL NEED:
Fabric: leather, pleather or vinyl
Large sheets of paper, or two sheets of smaller paper
Sellotape
Scissors
Pencil
HERE'S HOW:
1. Tape the sheets of paper together until you have the correct size for your placemats. You only need to sketch one half of the heart shape and then transfer this onto the other side.
2. Use sharp scissors to cut out the shape.
3. Place the cut out heart shape onto the back of your pleather, leather or vinyl and neatly cut out - and that's it! Now you can create as many heart shaped placemats as you need.
