When you are cruising the sea, it is important to remember the purpose of your trip: to relax. As such, you do not want to miss the spa treatment offerings that are available. While you might only be looking for a standard massage, facial, wrap or scrub, cruise line spa menus typically offer much more than that. Although many cruises have a wide variety of delicious food options in the main dining room, that does not mean they are all good for you. On days when the ship docks at a city, you will have a full itinerary of activities to do while you are exploring the destination. However, this may not be the case for days on the ship. Often, the choices are much more fun than your local gym club, too. 7. Practice Good Hygiene

While spending time on a ship with a large number of people provides an excellent opportunity for socializing and meeting new friends, it also presents the perfect breeding ground for germs to spread. For this reason, always practice good hygiene, and stay in your room if you become ill. Before your trip, read up on the latest health protocols and any other relevant information to best prepare.
