Dress up a lampshade

t's so easy to add new life to a boring lamp. In this project, Manon Armstrong blings up the shade for her standing lamp with some rhinestones. Very cheap and very pretty!

YOU WILL NEED:

1 boring lampshade
Craft glue - preferably the type you can dot. Or you could also use a Dremel Hot Glue Gun - see below for details on the new Dremel Hobby Line of tools.
Rhinestones in your preferred colours. I used two sizes and colours, larger red ones, and slightly smaller orange

HERE'S HOW:

1. Decide how you are going to place your stones, I did the larger red stones first. Starting with a higher density of stones at the base of the lampshade and decreasing the density as I went up.

2. Use craft glue to stick the rhinestones in your desired pattern formation.
