Get to know... cordless drill

I recently tested the Bosch PSR12 Cordless Drill and was impressed with the power and comfort of this unit. It is lightweight and easy to hold, and easy to carry for projects around the home and garden.

This handy power tool really offers all the features. At the touch of a button you have more than enough power for DIY projects in and around the home, and the built-in powerlight is really handy in a dark spot, which is great for those garden projects where you can't switch on a light. Whilst it might be a bit more expensive than the competition, it proved to be worth every cent.

Once charged, the battery seems to go on forever, and it only gets better with constant use. I completed several projects before having to recharge the unit. That's great when you're working on an outdoor task - it won't let you down by running flat halfway through the job!

The keyless chuck is a godsend for someone who constantly misplaces or loses things (moi!) and it's simply a matter of turning and clicking to change bits. I found that I was changing bits, countersinking and screwing all with this one tool because it's so easy. And what's even easier is the quick forward/reverse change that's conveniently located near the handle.

From a female DIY point of view this is a 'must buy', or at very least a 'top of the Christmas List' item! With this all-round performer you'll be DIY-ing no end. It's a pleasure to use. And guys, it's got all the power you need from a cordless drill.
