recycled door for a dining table
You can create a dining table with plenty of character - and more than enough space for a large family - by recycling an old door.
I came across this great project that creates a wonderful dining table by using a found door, some glass and decorative gift wrap placed in each molding square of the door.
Depending on the look that you want to create, you can leave the door as is or sand it down to remove any old paint or varnish, and then give it three coats of stain and sealer. You can even use one of Woodoc's new range of Gel Stains to add colour to the door.
