Repurpose louvre doors or pine shutters

Louvre pine doors and old shutters can be repurposed into a variety of decor accessories, but my favourite by far is to repurpose louvre pine doors or shutters into a feature headboard. You can leave them rustic, or paint shutters or louvre doors in any colour to match your room decor.

You may also be lucky enough to pick up Oregon pine louvre doors and shutters, which are definitely vintage.
