Affordable makeover
Transform plain melamine or pine furniture with Rust-Oleum Paint Pens. Quick, easy and affordable.

You will need:
Sugar soap
Rust-Oleum 2X Painters Touch spray - at your local Builders Warehouse
Rust-Oleum Paint Pens
Here's how:
1. Clean melamine furniture with sugar soap to remove all traces or grease and dirt. Sand pine and melamine with 180-grit sandpaper. For melamine you want to remove the glossy finish.
2. Take the project outside and apply 1 or 2 coats of Rust-Oleum Painters Touch 2X in your choice of colour. Let each coat dry completely before applying the next coat.
3. Once dry, use the paint pen to apply your design to the front of the drawers.
Optional
As an added touch, you can easily add colour to section of the dresser for even more impact.
