Serve up quiche for meals and entertaining
Whether it’s the highlight of brunch or a leftover snack, quiche is bound to satisfy everyones taste buds.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
4 slices thick-cut smoked bacon, cubed
2 large onions, sliced
2 deep-dish pie crusts
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
2 packs goat cheese
2 cups watercress
16 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan and add bacon. Cook on medium heat until bacon is slightly browned. Add onions and continue to cook until soft, about 15 minutes.
- Divide onion-bacon mixture evenly between two pie crusts. Do the same with cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, and watercress.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Divide mixture and pour into pie crusts.
- Bake quiches until centres are set and tops are golden brown, 50-55 minutes.
