You will need:
- 32mm Melawood (PG Bison) in your choice of finish
Have cut to size at your local Timbercity
- 32 Plastic brackets (15 x 20mm)
- 30mm wood screws
- 32mm edging strip (to match Melawood finish)
- Contact adhesive and spatula
- Brown shoe polish and a soft cloth
Tools: Drill and 4mm bit, screwdriver

Cutting list
[1] of 400 x 1200mm (dresser top)
[1] of 400 x 1136mm (dresser shelf)
[2] of 400 x 728mm (dresser sides)
[3] of 400 x 500mm (table/stool tops)
[6] of 400 x 468mm (table/stool sides)
[3] of 400 x 436mm (table/stool shelf)

Here's how:
1. Place the dresser sides on a level surface. Position the brackets at the top; mark and drill pilot holes and then attach with wood screws. Repeat this for both sides.

2. Lay the dresser top face down on a flat surface, working with one side at a time, position the leg flush with the side, front and back and then mark and predrill before fitting with wood screws.

Tip the unit over onto its back. Don't try to pick the unit up at this stage as the centre shelf provides the additional support to make the unit sturdy.

3. Insert the shelf and use a tape measure to ensure that both sides and front are at equal distances from the top; mark the position with a pencil. Working from underneath the shelf, affix 2 brackets at either end of the shelf and then screw to the sides where marked.

4. Whilst the unit is still lying on its side, apply contact adhesive to the areas to be edged and to the cut strips that have been measured to fit. Leave for 10 minutes or so until the adhesive feels set and then carefully align the edging strip to the table and press down firmly along the length of the strips to ensure a good fit. Cut off any excess with a very sharp Stanley or craft knife.

5. To finish off any edges I used a soft cloth and brown shoe polish to give a professional looking finish.

The bedside tables and stool are made in exactly the same way.
