What type of projects are we looking for?
Anything and everything that is related to crafting or DIY. Mosaic, painting, beading, scrapbooking, etc. If you provide step-by-step projects (text and images) we would love to feature your projects.
For those handy at DIY and who regularly tackle makeovers, painting projects, make decor accessories and furniture, or fix things around the home, send us step-by-step instructions and images.
What are the benefits?
Apart from being part of the Home-Dzine network and having your creative or DIY talents on display, the exposure will allow you to start up a home-based business and create income from your talents. We will have a link to your website or display your contact details should anyone interested wish to get in touch.
How do I start?
If you have recently completed a project/s, or are planning to start a project, have your camera handy to take pics. If you're not sure how - take a look at some of the projects already on the Home-Dzine website. We need good quality images that are sized at 21cm wide (or 600px) at 72dpi. We recommend that you use the largest photo format on your camera or phone. Images can be sent to us at home-dzine@iburst.co.za.
Provide detailed step-by-step instructions, including a "What You Need" (materials and tools) list and detailed "How To" for each and every project.
Supply your full name, contact cell/tel and email address, as well as any website or contact details you want to be included.
