After moving from Polokwane to Paarl at the age of 16, Lee Gordon attended Laborie Technical High School where she studied mechanical engineering, and fine art at the Jack Meyer Art Centre. Lee combined her passion for art and metal by furthering her studies in Jeweller design and manufacturing at Ruth Prowess School of Art.

Following her graduation, Lee started working as a Product Designer at Carrol Boyes, and now strives within the art, developing her skills alongside iconic designer, Carrol Boyes.

Lily, a new collection for Carrol Boyes, is inspired by the stamens of a lily flower and the sculptural design mimics the curves with its fluid form. The Lily sugar bowl and creamer pair the striking reflections of metal with interiors of pure white.

Carrol Boyes is an iconic designer recognised both locally and internationally. She has refined her brand to offer a high-end product range of items in a variety of metals, sculpting them into collectable pieces that are both functional and beautiful.
