Greenmarket Square
Tamara - Cape Town
I recently moved down to Cape Town from Joburg and have found a nice place to rent not far from Sea Point. One of the highlights of my week is going to shop at Greenmarket Square.
If you visit Cape Town, or live in the region, you have to pop in one day and see all the unbelievable goodies that are on sale, not to mention the overall experience - the vibe is amazing!

You will find so many different goodies on sale – from funky clothes, hand made jewellery, to African curios. And if you don't want to shop till you drop, there are plenty of restaurants in the square where you can sit down and enjoy a glass of vino.
Know as one of the oldest markets in South Africa, Greenmarket Square offers a visual feast for tourists and locals alike. And local is lekker, hey!

"Launched in 2005, Home-Dzine was created to realise a dream; to express my love of home DIY and decor and share with other South Africans. As a non-commercial website I am free to express my own opinions and pass on valuable information to readers.
I feel that more people can benefit by being able to DIY home improvement and home repairs. And we're not talking about major DIY home repairs, but those that anyone with a bit of DIY savvy can do themselves."
